Standard check in-time for all of our rooms and villas is the same, check-in is from 14:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, we always try to get our guests into their rooms as early as possible, when possible, if there is a late check out is required this can also be arranged subject to availability and extra fees.
We, unfortunately, do not offer an included breakfast rate, but our beautiful beachfront restaurant and cafe offer an array of international cuisine ..at your convenience time, our restaurant is very popular with staying guests and islanders alike…a truly unique eating experience.
Phangan Beach Resort has a strict “no smoking “policy in all of our room types, smoking is permitted on the balcony and an ashtray is supplied in all rooms.
In usual times over the year we do not have a minimum stay requirement, but please be aware that there are restrictions during the full moon parties, also during peak season times of the new year there are restrictions of a minimum of 4 nights.
We get many questions regarding “extras” available for honeymooners, birthdays and special occasions,, these are dealt with on a one-on-one basis for extra special attention, please feel free to email us if you have any special requests.
Yes, our air-conditioned bungalows are operated by you the guest, very simple to operate, all air-conditioned rooms have a controller located mostly by the entrance inside of the rooms, very easy to control, but as always we are here to help if you need assistance.
We are very privileged to have such a wonderful beach front, our staff meticulously tend to the beach twice a day, and those lucky enough to choose the beach bungalow wake up to their very own view of our sister island of Koh Samui and the Ang Thong national marine park…a very unique location for our bungalows…even here on our tropical paradise do you rarely find a true beachfront accommodation with a million dollar view..
Our beach bungalows come with a choice of either 1 double bed or 2 singles, with beautiful interiors with storage, minibars, and tea and coffee facilities. unfortunately, we are unable to offer extra beds in this room type.
We all love pets, you may be lucky enough to see our resident British bulldog Jasper visit from time to time, but unfortunately, we do operate a “no pets” policy at the resort, but please note service dogs are permitted.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
After this date, charges will be applied up to the full cost of the reservation.
Please reconfirm your booking no later than 5 days before your arrival, we normally have a waiting list around the full moon, as it gets very very busy around these dates, so confirmation regarding your arrival time is very important, checking in on full moon day itself is not recommended, and all customers should be advised that, if there is no re confirmation or have checked in by 1 pm (full moon day only) the room will be released.
