At the entrance to your villa is a wrap-around balcony with tables and chairs supplied for your comfort, a perfect place to reflect on your adventures here in beautiful Koh Phangan. The Family Villa has a secure connection exclusively for this villa, giving you fast and effective wifi throughout.

This villa offers the perfect location for exploration of the stunning island of Koh Phangan, as most attractions are easily accessible from the Ban Tai area; shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, or enjoy the gorgeous culinary delights from our true beach front restaurant and beach bar.

Villa Facilities

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king sized bed, plenty of wardrobe storage, bedside cabinets, side lighting, and a personal safe. The patio doors offer a huge panoramic view of Koh Samui, and air conditioning is provided for your comfort, or a floor fan should you prefer it. A wall mounted smart TV is provided, compatible with your smartphone or Netflix account, and the villa has a private WiFi connection available throughout.

Bedroom 2
The villa’s second bedroom includes twin beds and plenty of storage, with drawers and side cabinets. This room also includes large patio doors offering stunning views across the beach to the island of Koh Samui. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable nights’ sleep. There is also a Wi-Fi enabled smart TV provided and an XBox 360 for your entertainment.

Kitchen Area
The villa has a well-designed mini kitchen, offering a gas stove top, microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities, and all cooking and eating utensils are provided. You’ll love planning your adventures at the stylish breakfast counter.

Living Room
A spacious, air conditioned living area offers an ideal relaxation zone after a long day in the sun. Ceiling fans, a huge corner sofa, smart TV and views across the beach and pool, will ensure you feel at home away from home, especially considering the array of satellite channels available, in many languages, and the private Wi-Fi connection will ensure uninterrupted Netflix viewing, should you wish.

Great stay in a stunning place The resort is in a fantastic place by the beach. The area is very tidy and cherished. They have a lot of jazz longs, sunbeds, beach bar. There is lovely sand on the beach. They also have 2 pools on the property: very friendly staff and tidy rooms.

Amazing!Highly recommended!! This resort was a special find ! Beautiful beach with views, hammocks and seating areas.A pool, clean and again designed thoughtfully with relaxation in mind. The food at the onsite restaurant/bar was outstanding with a great choice of quality prepared meals....cocktails fabulous!

Peaceful paradise I stayed only 2 nights which is definitely not enough time here in this perfect piece of paradise. The beach is quite, not the best water quality but during low tide it’s possible to reach small pieces of sand dunes in the middle of the sea. The sand in front of Pha-ngan beach resort is daily being cleaned by the staff which is very nice.

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
After this date, charges will be applied up to the full cost of the reservation.

Important Information

Please reconfirm your booking no later than 5 days before your arrival, we normally have a waiting list around the full moon, as it gets very very busy around these dates, so confirmation regarding your arrival time is very important, checking in on full moon day itself is not recommended, and all customers should be advised that, if there is no re confirmation or have checked in by 1 pm (full moon day only) the room will be released.

Family Villa FAQ's

As standard the villa sleeps up to 4 persons, children are always welcome, but as the villa is very close to the swimming pool, children should be supervised at all times around the exterior of the villa.

Rates published for the family villa are for the entire villa and not on a per person rate, the inclusive rate is published, stays of 7 nights or more will incur an electricity bill, stays less than 7 nights are inclusive .

The minimum stay requirement for the family villa is 2 nights standard, except full moons/christmas and new years, this has a minimum 4 nights minimum stay policy.

Smoking is permitted outside of the villa on your balcony, phangan beach resort has a no smoking policy for all of its villas and bungalows….

The villas location is perfect for the family getaway, with direct beach and pool access, making it the perfect family getaway

We do offer a private transfer service from the port of tong sala only , please contact us for fees info@phanganbeachresort.com

The second bedroom has 2 single beds as standard, the master bedroom has 1 king sized bed, unfortunately we are unable to add extra beds in this villa type.

The villa comes with its very own internet line, perfect for those who still have to work during their vacation time.

The family villa has a kitchenette and is supplied with all utensils needed, along with microwave, there is a on site restaurant for those who wish not to cook, the restaurant is open between 9 am and 10 pm

Check in time for the villa is 3 pm, but earlier check in is possible if available, standard check out time is 11 am, but late check outs can be arranged at extra charge if available …..
