1. Eligibility At least one guest aged 18 years or older must be present and registered in each room at check-in.

2. Maximum Occupancy Each room has a maximum occupancy limit as defined by the property.

Exceeding this limit is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.

3. Children & Extra Beds Children may stay only when sharing the existing bed(s) with their parents or guardians. The property does not provide extra beds or baby cots.

Guests may bring their own baby cot, which must be declared prior to arrival.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Damages Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its contents in good condition. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of the stay may be charged to the guest.

5. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, where available.

6. Pets Pets are not permitted on the property.

7. Parking On-site parking is available free of charge, subject to availability. Parking spaces are limited, not reservable, and provided on a first come, first served basis.

The property cannot guarantee parking availability at all times.

8. Liability The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are strongly advised to use the in-room safe to secure valuables.

9. Force Majeure The property shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, or travel restrictions.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
