The lower floor is dedicated to food and relaxing, with a full kitchen at your disposal, all utilities are provided, gas top grill fridge with freezer, pots and pans, there are also tea and coffee making facilities , a microwave is also provided along with toaster and kettle,the kitchen has floor to ceiling sliding doors giving you the outdoor feel even if you are inside, there is also a dining table located outside of the kitchen , the covered area is perfect for entertaining, or listening to the ocean over your morning coffee. the downstairs area offers you direct access to the beach and pool area..pure bliss.
Upper Floor
Please be mindful that the upper floor is accessed via a spiral external staircase…the upper floor is dedicated to comfort and rest, with huge 10 ft ceilings with fan and air conditioning the room feels cool and fresh, large sliding patio doors give the most amazing views of the beach and of our sister island of koh samui and the ang tong marine park, along with some of the best sunsets available anywhere, the outdoor balcony has a table and chairs especially for you, there is also a clothes rack supplied for your convenience.
The room is an open plan design, , a window cushioned sitting area is a great place to watch the world go by, high speed internet is also provided along with tv with ip box ,playstation or xbox , there is also a room safe located in the upper room of the villa, there are 2 huge king sized beds on the second floor , wardrobes and side cabinets , the shower and toilet room is also located on the second floor of the villa , clean and fresh……..especially for you .

- The villa sleeps maximum of 4 people, there is no option for extra beds in this room type ,
- Smoking is prohibited within the villa.

- Children should be supervised at all times as no life guard is present at the pool side.
Booking Conditions
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
After this date, charges will be applied up to the full cost of the reservation.
Important Information
Please reconfirm your booking no later than 5 days before your arrival, we normally have a waiting list around full moon, as it gets very very busy around these dates, so confirmation regarding your arrival time is very important, checking in on full moon day itself is not recommended, and all customers should be advised that, if there is no re confirmation or have not checked in by 1pm (full moon day only) the room will be released.
